Website Man is a website design studio based in Bloemfontein, South Africa. We build landing pages and websites for South African businesses.

We do not collect payment card details, ID numbers, or sensitive personal information.

  • Submit business details for a website project

We only use your personal information to:

  • Communicate with you about your website project
  • Understand your business and design a suitable website
  • Provide quotes, previews, and ongoing support
  • Keep records of our business relationship

Under POPIA, we handle your information on these grounds:

  • Performance of a contract: We need your information to build and deliver your website

  • WhatsApp messages are stored on Meta's servers and your personal device
  • Email communications are stored on standard email servers with password protection
  • We do not use a CRM or database that stores client information long-term
  • Website project files are hosted on Vercel and may include business information you provided

We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no electronic communication is completely secure.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information may be processed by third-party services we use to run our business:

  • WhatsApp (Meta): Primary communication channel
  • Vercel: Website hosting platform
  • Google Fonts: Font display on our website
  • Email providers: For communication

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. Where applicable, data may be transferred across borders (e.g., to Meta servers in the United States or Ireland).

9. Cookies

This site loads the Meta Pixel, which measures visits and ad performance and may set cookies in your browser. Google Fonts may also set a cookie when fonts load. We do not run any other tracking scripts or analytics. For details, see Meta's and Google's privacy policies.

We keep your contact details and project history while we work together. After a project ends, we may keep basic records for up to 3 years for reference and follow-up work.

You can request deletion of your data at any time.
